I will check that. Cause I actually had my user pare down his resume. I gave it to him in word so he could edit easier and then I took his word document and pasted back in to my dialogbox. I was able to save it.. but it the one field (crdesc) I'm worried about is now Data Length: 19114 bytes from the document properties.
